The ESD #2 has no bond debt, however, buildings/land, vehicles, and large equipment are obtained through lease purchase.

The rates of taxation for El Paso County ESD#2 are currently: Ad Valorem (Property) Tax = 0.092349 cents per hundred dollars of valuation
Sales Tax = 1/2 cent per dollar
